Cannot view the live feed or recorded clips from the camera on my PC.

If when you connect to your camera you find that the live feed does not load or your recorded clips do not play back you may see an error message as shown below.

If you see this this indicates that your PCs flash player plug-in is out of date. This will need to be updated in order for the playback to work correctly.

This is done by visiting the Flash player website by Adobe at the link below.

Download and install the update file following the steps on screen and the prompts to complete the installation.


If you are using the Chrome browser you may also encounter this error as the flash player is blocked by default in this browser now.

Once updated your camera will be able to display the live feed and playback any recorded clips.
